Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your basket. Once you have finished your selection, click checkout and enter your details so we can complete your order.

We accept most debit and credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Customers shopping from outside the UK may see transactions converted into their local currency by their card provider.

You may also order and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us. Orders cancelled online or by telephone are subject to a cancellation fee.

Orders and delivery

Confirmation of an order indicates that we have received your order. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and the order accepted. This protects us in the event of pricing errors or product availability issues. If a price change is required, we will always contact you first.

Delivery schedule:
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday will be delivered the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day, provided the order is placed before the cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day.
Online deliveries are available within the UK only. For international orders, please telephone us.

No timed deliveries are available except for funeral tributes and weddings. Please telephone us if you have an emergency order or if specific flowers are required at least 24 hours in advance.

Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, flowers may be returned and a card left for collection. Where appropriate, flowers may be left with a neighbour willing to accept responsibility. Jasmine’s Flowers cannot be held responsible for theft or damage once flowers have been left.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery. We will always aim to reach a fair outcome, whether this is a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
