Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our shop online and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete your order.

We accept most debit and credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as normal and your credit card company will convert the transaction into US Dollars or your local currency.

You may also order and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.

Orders cancelled online or by telephone are subject to a cancellation fee.

When confirmation of an order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and the order accepted. This clause protects us in case of errors in pricing, under-pricing of goods, or if a product is no longer available. In the event of a price change we will always contact you first to confirm acceptance of the new price.

Delivery Schedule: Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Saturday (UK time) will be delivered the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note: orders must be received before the same-day cut-off time stated above).
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day.
Online deliveries are available within the UK only. To send flowers overseas please telephone us.

No timed deliveries are available except for funeral tributes and weddings.

Please telephone if you have an emergency order.

If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.

Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers or plants will be returned to the shop and a delivery note will be left advising collection from the shop.
If a neighbour is at home, we may leave the flowers or plants with them if they are willing to take responsibility.
If the recipient is unable to collect their flowers or plants, a new delivery date will be arranged at Jasmines Flowers earliest convenience.
Jasmines Flowers is not responsible for theft or damage to flowers, plants or sundries if left.
We always take care to ensure freshness and quality at all times.

Tax Charges: All orders are inclusive of 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security: When orders are placed on our website, card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after reaching our computer and are never held in plain text on any website.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery. We will always endeavour to reach a fair agreement with the recipient, whether that be a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
